2� 17�2457 <br /> �9. Safe of Note; Change of Laan Serv�cer; Not�ce of Grievance. The Note or a par�ial interest in�he <br /> Note�together�vith this Security Ins�rurnent}can be sold one or more�imes without prior notice to <br /> Borrower. A sale rnight result in a change in the enti�y �known as�he"Loan 5er�icer"}that coi�ec#s <br /> Periodic Payments due under the Note and�his 5ecurity Ins�rument and perfarms o�her martgage loan <br /> servicing obligatians under the Note, this Security Instrument, and Applicable Law. There aiso might be <br /> one or more changes of the Loan Servicer unrelated to a sale of the Note. As used in this Section 21: �a} "Hazardous Substances" are those substances <br /> defined as taxic or hazardous substances, pollutants, or wastes b�En�ironmental Law and#he follovving <br /> substances: gasoiine, kerasene, other flammable or toxic petraleum praducts, toxi�pesticides and <br /> herbicides, �alatile solvents, materials containing asbestos or formaldehyde, and radioac�ive materzals; _ <br /> �b� "Environmental Law" means federal Iaws and laws of the jurisdi�tian�here the Property is lo�ated <br /> that relate to heaith, safe�ar en�ironmental protectzon; �c} "En�iranmenta� Cleanup" inctudes any <br /> response action, remedia�action, or remo�ai action, as defined in En�ironmental Law; and�d} an <br /> "En�ironmentai �ondition" means a conditian tha�can cause, contribute to, or otherwise trigger.an <br /> En�ironmentai Cleanup. <br /> Borrower sha11 not cause�r permi�the presence, use, disp�sal, storage, vr release of any Ha2ardous <br /> 5ubstanc�s, or threaten to re�ease any Hazardous Substances, on or in the Praperty. Borrower shal� not <br /> do, nor allow anyone etse ta da, any#hing affecting the Property�a}that is in�iotatian of any <br /> En�iranmental Law, �b}which creates an En�iranrnentai�ondition, or�c}which, due to the presen�e, <br /> use, or retease af a Hazardaus Substance, creates a conditian that ad�ersely affects#he�alue of�he <br /> Prope�ty.
