<br /> Trustor's Repvr�vn Insurance, �pon �-equest o� Lender, however nvt more than once a year, Trustor shall furnish
<br /> ta Lender a repor� on each exis�ing policy ❑f insurance showing: {1} the name ❑f the insure�-; t�� the risks
<br /> insured; �3} �he amaunt of �he policy; �4� the property insured, the then current r�pla�emen� �alu� ❑f such

<br /> Trus� �r any Related ❑ocuments, Lender ❑n Trustor`s behalf may tbu� shall not be obligated tv� �a�e any a�tion that
<br /> L�nder deems apprvpriafie, including but not limited to discharging or paying a�� taxes, liens, se�urity interests,
<br /> en�umbrances and v�her claims, a� any �ime ��vied or placed on the Property and paying a!� costs for insuring,
