<br /> SECUF�ITY AGREEMENT; F[NANC[NG STATEIVlENTS. The �o�Eowing proWisions re�ating �a this Deed afi Trust as a

<br /> Security fn�erest. Upon request 1ay Lender, Trustvr shall take wha�e�er action is requested by Lender to per�ect
<br /> and cantinue Lender's security interest in the Personaf Praper�y. �n addition to recording this I�eed ��Trust in�he
<br /> real praper�y �-ecords, L�nder may, at any time and without fur�her autho�Ezativn �rom Trustor, fi[e executed
<br /> coun�e�-pa�-ts, c�pies ar rep�aductivns of �his Deed of Trus� as a �Enan�ing s�a�ement. Trus�or shal[ reimburse
<br /> Lender far a�l �xpenses incurred in perfec�ing vr continuing fihis securEty in�erest. Up�n defiaul�, Trustar shall not
<br /> remo�e, se�er ❑r de�a�h the Persvnal Proper�ty fram the Property. Upon defau�t, Trus�or shall assembfe any
<br /> Personal Property no� affixed �o the Property in a manner and at a place reasonably �on�enien� �v T�-us�or and
<br /> Lender and make i� a�ailahle �� Lende� within three {3} days af�er receipt of written demand �rom Lender ta the
<br /> ex�en�permitked by app��cab�e f avu.
<br /> Addresses. The mailing addresses of Trustvr �d�btor} and Lender �secured party} from wh�ch info�mation
<br /> concerning the security interest granted by this Deed o�Trus� may be abtained (each as required by the Unifo�-m
<br /> Commercial Code� are as stated ❑n�he first pa�e o�this �eed��Trust.
<br /> FURTHER ASSURANCES; ATTDRNEY-IN-FACT. The follvwing pra�isivns r�lating fa fur�her assurances and
<br /> att�rney-in-�act are a part o�this l�eed o#Trust:
<br /> Fu�her Assurances. At any time, and frvm time ta time, upon request o� Lender, Trus�or wil� make, exe�ute and

<br /> Lender, cause to 1�e filed, recflrded, re�ifed, ar rerecorded, as th� �ase may be, at such times and in such offices
<br /> and places as Lender may deem appropria��, any and ail suGh mor�gag�s, d�eds af trust, securi�y deeds, securEty
<br /> agreements, financing s�a�emen�s, con�inua�ion s�a�emen�s, instr-uments ❑f �ur�her assuran�e, certi�icat�s, and
<br /> o�her documen�s as may, in�he sa�e apinion o�Lender, be necessary or desirable in vrder�a effectua�e, comple�e,
<br /> perfect, continue, or preser�e ��} Trus�or`s vb�iga��ans under the Nvte, this �eed �f Trust, and the Related
<br /> Documents, and �2y �he liens and security �nfierests creafied by this I�eed of Trus�t on the Property, whe�her now

<br /> Att�rney-in-Fact. l�Trustor�ails to do any of the�hings referred ta in the pre�eding paragraph, Lender may do so
<br /> fvr and in the name ��Trus�or and at Trustor's expense. Far such purposes, Trustor hereby i�reWocably appoin�s
<br /> Lender as Trus�or's attorney�in-fa��far fihe purpose of making, execu�ing, deli�ering, fil�ng, recarding, and doing all
<br /> other things as may be necessary or desirab[e, in Lender's sole opinivn, t❑ a�c�mplish the ma��ers referred fio in
<br /> the preceding paragraph.
<br /> FULL PEFiF�RMANCE, I�f Trus�or pays alf�he Endelatedness, incfuding withou�timita�ian all �uture ad�ances, when due,
<br /> and otherwise perfivrms all fihe obligations imposed upon Trustor under this Deed a� Trus�, Lender shall execute and
<br /> deli�er �v Trus�ee a reques� for fu�� recon�eyance and shall execute and deli�er t❑ Trustvr suitab�e statements of
<br /> termination of any �inanc�ng statement an file e�idencing Lender's security interes� in the Rents and the Persanal
<br /> Prvperty. Any reGon�eyance fee required by law shall he paid 1ay Trustor, i�permitted by applicable�aw.
