<br /> Righ�#o Cvntes�. Trustor may wi�hhald payment vf any tax, assessment, or claim in cvnnection with a good �aith
<br /> dispu�e a�er the obligation�❑ pay, so long as Lender's in�erest in the Property is not�eopardized. I�a kien arises or
<br /> is filed as a result of nonpayment, Trustvr shall ►nri�hin fifteen {'15y days after #he lien arises or, if a lien is �Eted,

<br /> Notice af Construct�on. Trustor shall no�ify Lender at ieast fifteen {15} days be�ore any wor� is cvmmenced, any
<br /> se��ices are #urnished, ❑r any ma�erials are supplied to the Prnperty, if any mechanic's lien, ma�erialmen's lien, or
<br /> o�her lien cau�d be asserted vn account ❑f the wor�, ser�ices. or materials. Trustvr will upan request af Lender
<br /> #urnish �o Lender ad�ance assurances sat�s�ac�ory t� Lender that Trustar can and will pay �he cas� o� such
<br /> imprvvements.
<br /> PR�PERTY DAMAGE INSURANCE. The #vllowing pro�is�ons relating to insuring the Property are a part o�this ❑eed af
<br /> Trus�.
<br /> Main�enance of insuran�e. Trustor shall pracure and maintain poiicies ❑� fire insurance with standard extended
<br /> co�erage endarsemen�s �n a fair �alue basis �or �he fiull insurable �aiue co�ering al! Imprv�emen�s ❑n the Real
<br /> Property in an amount sufficien� �v a�oid application of any cainsurance ��ause, and with a standard mo�tgage�
<br /> clause in ta�flr❑f Lender, tvge#her with such other hazard and iiability insurance as Lender may reasonably require.
<br /> Po�icies shall be written in form� amounts, ca�erages and basis reasanabiy acceptable �o Lender and issued by a
<br /> �om�any vr cvmpanEes reasvnahly ac�eptable �o Lender. Trustvr, upvn requesr ❑� Lender, will deli�er to Lender
<br /> from time�a time the palicies or certi�ica�es af insurance in #arm satisfactvey to Lender. including stipulatians �ha�

<br /> insuran�e policy a!s❑ shafl include an endorsement pra�iding #ha"t co�erage in fa�or��F Lender will nvt be impaired

<br /> an area designa�ed by the Adminis�rator of#he Federai Emerg�ncy Management Agency as a speciaE #lovd hazard
<br /> area. Trusto�r agre�s �a ohta�n and main�ain Federal F[oad Insurance, i� a�aiiable, #�r the #ull unpaid prin�ipal
<br /> balance of the loan and any prior liens❑n#h� property seGuring�he �oan, up ta�he maximum policy limits se�under
<br /> the Nativna� Fiood Insurance Program. ❑r as ❑therwise required by Lender. and �o maintain such �nsurance far the

<br /> Applica�ion v� Proceeds. Trustor shal� prompt�y nati�y Lender a�any foss or damage ta the Proper�y. Lender may
<br /> make prao� o� lass if Trus�or �ails �o dv so wi�hin fifteen t 15} days ❑f the casuaEty. V1Jhether ar nat Lender's
<br /> security is impaired, Lender may. at Lender's el�ction. �ecei�e and re�ain the praceeds of any fnsurance and apply
<br /> the prviceeds to the reduc�ian o� the lndebtedness, payment v� any lien a�fec�ing the Property, or the restora��on
<br /> and repa�r v�the Praperty. If Lender ele��s ta apply �he proceeds to restoration and repair. Trustar shall repair or
<br /> replace the damaged or destrvyed Impro�ements in a manner sa�isfacto�y tv Lender. Lender shall, upon
<br /> satisfactory prao� ❑f such expend��ure, pay or reimburse Trus�or �rvm the praceeds for �the reasanable casf �f
