<br />10. To Vote at Stockholders' Meetings, Execute Proxies, and Otherwise
<br />Substitute for Owner. To vote at the meetings of stockholders or other meetings of any
<br />corporation or company, or otherwise to act as my attorney or proxy, with power of
<br />substitution, in respect of any stocks, shares, bonds, debentures, or other evidences of
<br />ownership, or securities, now or hereafter held by me and issued by or on account of said
<br />corporation or company and for that purpose to execute any proxies, limited or general, or
<br />other instruments.
<br />11. To Execute Deeds, Bills, Notes, and Similar Instruments. For all or any of
<br />the purposes herein stated to enter into and sign, seal, execute, acknowledge, and deliver
<br />any contracts, deeds or other instruments whatsoever, and to draw, accept, make,
<br />endorse, discount, or otherwise deal with any commercial or mercantile instruments. To
<br />borrow any sum from any lender and encumber any of my real or personal property as
<br />security for loans. To execute and deliver notes and other obligations, and mortgages,
<br />security agreements, financing statements, pledges, liens and other encumbrances.
<br />12. To draw and endorse checks. To draw checks against my account in any
<br />bank, to endorse notes, checks, drafts or bills of exchange which may require my
<br />endorsement for deposit as cash or collection in any bank, to accept all drafts or bills of
<br />exchange which may be drawn upon me in the usual course of my business. To receive,
<br />endorse, cash, redeem or deposit United States savings bonds and any other securities,
<br />and any checks received from the United States Treasury Department made payable to
<br />me for any reason including income tax refunds, social security benefits, supplemental
<br />security income and any other benefits.
<br />13. To Make Gifts and Disclaim Property. To make, sign, execute, deliver, and
<br />acknowledge any gifts of real and personal property for whatever purpose and to
<br />whomever, including my agent under this document, if he or she is a member of my family;
<br />and generally to deal in said gifts and gifting, as I might do upon such terms and conditions
<br />and under such covenants as they shall think fit, specifically granting to my attorney in fact
<br />the right to sign, seal, execute, deliver, and acknowledge such deeds, bills of sale, orders
<br />and such other instruments in writing of whatsoever kind and nature as may be necessary
<br />or proper in the premises. To make gifts to reduce my estate or for charitable, religious or
<br />educational purposes. To continue any plan of gifts I have initiated. To Follow and
<br />implement any estate plan that I have formed. To disclaim in whole or in part any interest
<br />in property passing to me by any method from any person or entity.
<br />14. To participate in farm programs. To enter into any arrangements or contracts
<br />with the United States Department of Agriculture or any of its committees or branches to
<br />participate in any agricultural programs and to sign the papers in connection therewith for
<br />me in my name and to acknowledge and deliver said papers and contracts and to receive
<br />payment thereunder and to endorse any checks or drafts for said payments and deposit
<br />them on my behalf.
