<br /> genera�ivn, manu�ac�ure, sfiorage, treatmen�, disposal, releas� ar threa�ened re�ease of any Hazardous 5ul�stanc�
<br /> vn, under, ahout or �rom the Property by any prior owners or ❑ccupan�s ❑� �he Property, or (c} any actuaf or

<br /> Environmental Laws. Trustvr- authorizes Lender and its agen�s tv �nter up�n fihe Prvperty ta make such
<br /> �nspectivns and �ests, at Trustfl�'s expense, as Lender may deem app�-opriate �o de�ermine compliance o� the
<br /> Property wi�th �his sec�ion af �he ❑eed of Trust. Any inspections ❑r �es�s made by Lender shai� be for Lender's
<br /> purposes on�y and shall nvt be canstrued�o create any respansibility�r liability ❑n fihe part vfi Lender�o Trustor❑r
<br /> to any other person. The representativns and warranties contained h�rein are hased on Trustor`s due diligen�e in
<br /> in�estigating the Property�or Hazardous Subs�anc�s. Trus�ar hereby ��} releases and waiWes any futur� cEaims
<br /> agains�k Lender for indemnity or contribufiivn in the eW�n�Trustor becomes lia�le for cleanup ❑r o�her costs under

<br /> Nuisance, Waste. Trustvr sha[� na� cause, c�nduct ❑r permit any nuisance nvr commit, permit, vr su��er any
<br /> stripping ❑f ❑r waste on ar ta the Prvper�y vr any portion of the Proper�y. Wi�hout �imi�ing the generality o�fihe
<br /> �vregoing, Trustor will not remave. ❑r grant ta any�ther parfy�he righ�to remv�e, any timber� mine�ais �including
<br /> oi! and gas}, coal, clay, s�oria, s�il, gra�el or rack products without Lender's prior wri�ten cansent.
<br /> Removal a�Imprvvemen�s. Trus�vr shal� not demolish�r remo�e any fmprv�emen�s frvm the Real Pr�perty v+rithvut
<br /> Lend�r's priar written cansen�. As a conditian�v the remaval o�any lmpra�ements, Lender may require Trustor ta
<br /> make arrangem�n�s sa�is�a�tory t❑ Lender fio replace such lmpro�ements with Impro�emen'�s of at leas� equal
<br /> Wafue.
<br /> Lender's Right to Enter. Lender and Lender's agen�s and represen�ati�es may enter upvn the Rea! Prnperty at a�i
<br /> r�as�nable times �to attend �ko Lender's �nteres�s and to inspect the Real Proper'�y for purpases o� Trustar's
<br /> compliance with�he terms and conditions❑f�khis Deed ❑f Trust.
