Should the I]�partment of Veterans Affairs fail or refuse to issue its guaranty in full amount within 6�days from the dat�that this loan wauld normally�ecome eligible for such guaranty c�mmitted upon by the Department of Veterans Affairs under the provisions�f Title 3 8 of the U.S. �ode ``Ye�erans Bene�ts",the Mortgagee may declare the indebtedness hereby secured at once due and payable and may foreclase immediately or may exercise any other rights hereunder or take any o�her praper action as�y law pro�ided. Transfer of the �'r�perty. This loan may�e declared tmm�diately�ue and paya�le upon transfer of the property securing such loan�o any transferee, unless the acceptability of the assumption of the loan is established pursuant to Section 3714 of�hapter 37, Title 38, United States Code.
