<br /> �vncentrativn ar physical, chemical or infectious �haracteristics, may cause or pose a present or p�tentiai hazard
<br /> to human health❑r the en�ironment when improperiy used,treat�d, stored, disposed of, generated, manufactured,

<br /> Indebtedness. The word "lndebtedness" means all principal, interest, and other amounts, costs and expenses
<br /> payable undsr the Credit Agreemen# ar Related Dacuments, together w�th all renewals of, extens�ons ❑f,
<br /> modificatians of, consolidativns of and substitutions for the Credi# Agreement ar Related Documents and any
<br /> amounts expended or ad�anced by Lender to discharge Trustar's obligations or expenses incurred hy Trustee or
<br /> Lender to enfor�e Trustor's obligatians under �his Deed of Trust, #ogether with interest on such amvun#s as
<br /> p�ovided in this Deed of Trust.
<br /> Lender. The word"Lender"m�ans Mutual of�maha 6ank, its successors and assigns. Th�words"successors or
<br /> assigns"mean any person or company that acquires any inter�st in the Credit Agreement.
<br /> Personal Property. The words "Personal Property" mean all equipment, fixtures, and nther articles of pe�sanal
<br /> property now ❑r hereaf�er vwned by Trustor, and now or hereafter a�tached vr affixed to the Real Prvpsrty;
<br /> �agether with al! accessians, parts, and additians to, a�l replacemen�s of, and all substitutions for, any of such
<br /> prvperty; and together with all proceeds �including without limitation all insuran�e proceeds and refunds of
<br /> premiums}from any sale or other dispositivn of the Prvperty.
<br /> Property. The w�rd"Property"means cotlecti�ely the Real Property and the Personal Property.
