<br /> Caption Headings. �aption headings in this Deed of Trust are for con�enien�e purposes only and are not to b�

<br /> IlAerger. There shall be n❑ merger of the inter�st❑r�state created by this Deed of Trust with any other interest vr

<br /> Chai�e of Venue. If ther� is a lawsuit, Trustor agrees upon Lender's request to submit ta the jurisdiction of the
<br /> courts of Dvuglas County, State of Nebraska.
<br /> Joint and Se�eral Ltability. All obligations af Borrower and Trustor under this Deed vf Trust shall be joint and
<br /> se�eral, and ail references to Trustar shall mean ea�h and e�ery Trustor,and a11 references#a Bvrrower shall mean
<br /> each and e�ery Borrawer. Thss means that each Trustar signing beiow is responsibEe for all obligations in this❑eed
<br /> ❑f Trust.
<br /> Nv Wai�er by Lender. Trustvr understands Lender will na�gi�e up any of Lender's rights under th�s Deed of Trust
<br /> unless Lender does s❑ in writing. The fact that Lender delays vr omits tv exercise any right will no# mean that
<br /> Lender has gi�en up that right. if Lender dves ag�e� in writing to gi�e up one of Lender's r�ghts, that does not
<br /> mean Trustvr will nat have to carnply with the ❑ther pro�isi�ns af this ❑eed of Trust. Trustor also understands
<br /> that if Lender does cvnsent to a request, that does not mean that Trustor wili no# ha�e to get Lender's consent
<br /> again if the situation happens again. Trus#or further understands that�us#because Lender consents tn one vr more
<br /> of Trustvr's requests, that does not mean Lender will be required tv consent to any of Trustor's fu#ure reques#s.
<br /> Trustar wai�es presentment,demand for payment, protest,and nvtice of dishonor.
<br /> Se�erabil�ty. If a court finds that any pro�ision vf this Deed of Trust is not�alid or should not be enforced, that
<br /> fa�#by itseEf wi�l not m�an that the rest of this❑eed of Trust will nat be�alid or enfvrced. Thsr�fore, a court wilf
<br /> enforce the rest of the pro�isivns of this❑eed of Trust even if a pro�ision af this Deed of Trust may be found to�e

<br /> Successors and Assigns. Subjec�tv any limi#atians stated in this Deed v�Trust vn transfer of Trustar's in#erest,
