<br />    			and cvntinue Lender's security interesfi in the Rents and Persona! Proper�y.  In addi�ian to recarding this De�d ❑f
<br />    			Trust in the real property recards, Lender may, at any time and withou� fur�her authorization from Trustor, file
<br />    			execu�ed counterparts, copies ❑�- �eproductions ❑f �his ❑eed o� Trus� as a financing sfia�ement.  Trus�vr shafl

<br />       		FURTHER  A55URAN�ES:  ATT�RNEY-EN-FACT.    The  �o��owing  prv�isians  relating  to  �urther  assurances  and
<br />       		a��orney-in-fac�are a part nf this D��d ❑f Trust:
<br />    			Fur�her Assuran�es. At any time, and frvm �ime to time, upon request ❑f Lender, Trus�ar will make, ex��ute and

<br />    			o�her dacuments as may, in�he sole opinion of Lender, 1ae necessary�r desirable in ord�r to e��ectuate, complete,
<br />    			perfect, �ontinue, or pr�ser�e  ��}   Trustor's vbliga�ions under �he Note, this Deed of Trus�, and the Rela�ed

<br />    			for and in the name ot Trustvr and at Trus�kvr's expense.  Far such purpases, Trus�or herek�y irre�vcably appvin�s
<br />    			Lend�r as Trus�or's attorney-in-fac�for�he purpase ❑f making, execu�ing, de�i�ering, �i�ing, recording, and doing all
