<br /> Fareclosure by Power vf Sale. lf Lender elects to foreclose by exercise of the Power�f Sale herein �on�ain�d,
<br /> Lender sha[l natify Trus�ee and shall deposifi with Trustee this Deed v�f Trust and fihe Note and su�h r-ec�ipts
<br /> and e�iden�e af expendi�ures made and secured by this Deed of Trus�as Trustee may require.
