This loan may be declared immediately due and payable upon �ransfer of the property securing such loan to any transferee, unless fhe accep�ability of the assumption nf#he loan is estab�ished pursuant to Section 3714 of�hapter37,Title 38,United States Gode. The amoun� of this charge shal� nflt exceed the maximum established by the Department of Veterans Affairs for a loan tfl which Section 3714 of Chapter 37, Titl�38, Unifed States Code applies. �c} Indemnity Liability Assumption: If this obligation is assumed, then the assumer hereby agrees to assume all of�he olaligations of the�eteran under the terms of the instruments creating and secur�ng th�Ioan. The assumer further agrees�o indemnify the Department of Veterans Affairs to �he extent af any claim payment arising from the guaranty or insurance vf the indebtedness�reat�d hy this instrument.
