Further, all such authority shall be binding <br />not only upon me but also upon my heirs, executor, trustee, and administrator up to the <br />time of the receipt by my said attorney of a written revocation signed by me or of reliable <br />intelligence of my death. Any action taken in good faith by said attorney during any <br />period while it is uncertain whether I am alive, before the attorney receives actual <br />knowledge of my death, or, in any event, taken during the period while I am disabled or <br />incapacitated, shall be as valid as if I were alive, competent, and not disabled. <br />My attorney shall act without bond. My attorney may perform for me and in my <br />name and on my behalf any act in the management, supervision, and care of my estate <br />and affairs that I personally have authority to perform. My attorney may exercise for me <br />and in my name and on my behalf the powers enumerated below, which are intended to <br />illustrate, and not to limit, the scope of this power. This power of attorney shall apply to <br />all property owned by or being acquired by Bonsack Land Company, LLC.
