The Plaintiff is not a party to any other pending action for divorce, separation or dissolution of marriage; 5. The parties were married on November 18, 2011, in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and there were no children born as issue of the marriage; 6. The marriage of the Plaintiff and the Defendant is irretrievably broken, every reasonable effort to effect reconciliation has been made and those efforts have failed. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED as follows: 1. That the marriage of Plaintiff and Defendant is dissolved. For purposes of appeal, the Decree shall be treated as a final order as soon as it is rendered. If an appeal is instituted within thirty (30) days after the Decree is rendered, such Decree does not become final until such proceedings are finally determined or on the date of death of one of the parties, whichever occurs first. For purposes of remarriage, this Decree becomes final and operative six (6) months from the date it is filed with the Clerk of the District Court or on the date of death of one of the parties, whichever occurs first. If the Decree becomes final and operative upon the date of death of one of the parties, this Decree shall be treated as if it became final and operative on the date it was rendered. For purposes of continuation of health insurance coverage, this Decree becomes final and operative six (6) months from the date it is filed with the Clerk of the District Court. For all other purposes, this Decree becomes final and operative thirty (30) days from the date it is filed with the Clerk of the District Court or upon the death of one of the parties, whichever occurs first. If this Decree becomes final and operative upon the death of one of the parties, this Decree shall be treated as if it became final and operative on the date it was rendered. 2. The Plaintiff is restored to her maiden name of Michelle Rene Ellis. 3. Neither party shall receive alimony from the other party. 4. Attached hereto, as Appendix A, is the Court's decision with regard to division of property and debts.
