Page of `t <br />201700322 <br />since the Defendant was served with Summons; <br />3. The Court has jurisdiction over both parties and the subject matter of this action; <br />4. The Plaintiff is not a party to any other pending action for divorce, separation or <br />dissolution of marriage; <br />5. The parties were married on November 18, 2011, in Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, and there were no children born as issue of the marriage; <br />6. The marriage of the Plaintiff and the Defendant is irretrievably broken, every <br />reasonable effort to effect reconciliation has been made and those efforts have failed. <br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED as follows: <br />1. That the marriage of Plaintiff and Defendant is dissolved. For purposes of appeal, <br />the Decree shall be treated as a final order as soon as it is rendered. If an appeal is instituted <br />within thirty (30) days after the Decree is rendered, such Decree does not become final until such <br />proceedings are finally determined or on the date of death of one of the parties, whichever occurs <br />first. <br />For purposes of remarriage, this Decree becomes final and operative six (6) months from <br />the date it is filed with the Clerk of the District Court or on the date of death of one of the parties, <br />whichever occurs first. If the Decree becomes final and operative upon the date of death of one <br />of the parties, this Decree shall be treated as if it became final and operative on the date it was <br />rendered. <br />For purposes of continuation of health insurance coverage, this Decree becomes final and <br />operative six (6) months from the date it is filed with the Clerk of the District Court. <br />For all other purposes, this Decree becomes final and operative thirty (30) days from the date it is <br />filed with the Clerk of the District Court or upon the death of one of the parties, whichever <br />occurs first. If this Decree becomes final and operative upon the death of one of the parties, this <br />Decree shall be treated as if it became final and operative on the date it was rendered. <br />2. The Plaintiff is restored to her maiden name of Michelle Rene Ellis. <br />3. Neither party shall receive alimony from the other party. <br />4. Attached hereto, as Appendix A, is the Court's decision with regard to division of <br />property and debts. <br />
