TIBKE, <br />THIS MATTER came on to be heard on the Plaintiff's Application for Order Nunc Pro <br />Tunc and the Court, being fully advised in the premises, hereby finds and orders that, pursuant to <br />the previous Decree Nunc Pro Tunc, the Appendix A should be and hereby is revised as shown <br />on the attached Appendix A Nunc Pro Tunc. <br />The current Plaintiff's Application for Order Nunc Pro Tunc requests that the VIN for the <br />2005 Saturn vehicle be corrected and it is corrected in Appendix A.
