TIBKE, <br />THIS MATTER came on to be heard on the Plaintiff's Application for Order Nunc Pro <br />Tunc and the Court, being fully advised in the premises, hereby finds and orders that, pursuant to <br />the previous Decree Nunc Pro Tunc, the Appendix A should be and hereby is revised as shown <br />on the attached Appendix A Nunc Pro Tunc. <br />The current Plaintiff's Application for Order Nunc Pro Tunc requests that the VIN for the <br />2005 Saturn vehicle be corrected and it is corrected in Appendix A. In all other respects, the <br />Decree as set forth herein shall remain the same. <br />NOW ON THIS 1 s` day of June, 2016, the above matter came on to be heard on the <br />Complaint for Dissolution of Marriage. <br />The Plaintiff was present and represented by her attorney, Mary J. Livingston. The <br />Defendant was present and represented by his attorney, J.D.
