That Grantor as required by §76 -1007 published a Notice of Trustee's Sale to be held on <br />January 4, 2017, at 12:00 o'clock p.m., in the lower lobby of the Hall County Courthouse, <br />111 West First Street, Grand Island, Nebraska. Said Notice was published in the Grand <br />Island Independent, a legal newspaper of Hall County, Nebraska, once a week for five <br />consecutive weeks commencing on November 9, 2016, and ending December 7, 2016. <br />The last publication notice was at least ten days prior to the Trustee's Sale scheduled for <br />January 4, 2017 and said sale was not later than 30 days after the last publication of <br />notice. <br />6. Grantor conducted a sale of the real property at public auction on January 4, 2017, at <br />12:00 o'clock p.m., in the lower lobby of the Hall County Courthouse, 111 West First <br />Street, Grand Island, Nebraska. Grantor accepted the bid of Roebuck Enterprises LLC, <br />in the sum of Forty Two Thousand Nine Hundred One and 00 /100 Dollars ($42,901.00) <br />as the highest bid upon said real property.
