<br /> modifications of, consolidations vf and substitutions far the Credit Ag�eement or Rela�ed Documents and any

<br /> Lender to enfarce Trustor's nbiigations under fhis Deed af Trust, together with interes� on such amounts as

<br /> Lender. The word "Lender" means BANK aF THE WEST, its suceesso�s and assigns. The words "suc�essars or
<br /> assigns" mean any persan or company that acquires any interest in the Credit Agreement.
