The dissolutian ar termination ❑� Trustor's existence as a g�ing business, the insol�ency ❑f Trustor, <br /> the appointment af a recei��r for any part of Trustor's prflperty, any assignment f�r the benefit af creditars, any <br /> type of creditor wvrkout, or the commencement vf any proceeding under ar�y bankruptcy or insvl�ency laws by or <br /> aga�nst Trustvr. <br /> Credi�or o� Forfei#ure Proceedings. Cammencement af forec�asure or forfeiture proceedings, whether by �udicial <br /> proceeding, self-help, repossessian or any other method, by any creditor at Trus�or or by any go�ernmenta[ agency <br /> aga+nst any prdperty se�uring �he Indebtedness.
