<br /> reimburse Lender for alI expenses incurred in perfecting ar continu+ng this se�urity inter�st. Upon default, Trustvr
<br /> shall not remo�e, s��er ar detach the P�rsonal P�aperty fram the Property. Upon default, Trustor shall assem�le
<br /> any P�rsonal Praperty not affix�d to �he Property in a manner and at a pla�e reasonabty conven�ent t❑ Trustor and
<br /> Lender and make it a�aifable to Lender within three �3� days after receipt ❑f written demand firom L�nder to the
