<br /> Agreement, rema�n in full force and effect; nothing in this Agreement shall be understaod or
<br /> construed to be a satisfaction or release in who�e or in part of the abligations contained in the Loan
<br /> Dacuments;and that except as otherwise specifically pro�ided in,and as expressly modified by,this
<br /> Agreement,the Lender and I wi��be bound by,and will compty with,all of the terms and conditions

<br /> H. That, as of �he Modification EfFective Date, notwithstanding any other pro�ision of the Loan
<br /> Dacuments, I agree as follows: If alI or any part of the Property or any interest in it is sold or
<br /> transferred without Lender's pr�or wriiten consent, Lender may, at its option, require �mmediate
<br /> payment in full af all sums secured by the Mvrtgage.Howe�er,Lender sha�l not exercise this option
<br /> if federal law prohibits the exercise of such optian as of the date of such sale or transfer. If Lender
<br /> exercises this option,Lender shall gi�e me nvt�ce of acceleration. The notice sha�� pro�ide a periad

<br /> Lender's procedures to ensure that the modified mor�gage loan is in first lien position andlar is fully
<br /> enforceable upon modification and that if, under any circumstance and not withstanding anything
<br /> else to the contrary in this Agreement, the Lender daes no� recei�e such title endorsement�s}, title
<br /> insurance product�s} andlor subordination agreem�nt(s}, ther� the terms of this Agreement will not
<br /> become effecti�e on the Modification Effecti�e Dat�and the Agreement wi�l be null and�aid.
