App��cativnof Payments or Proceeds.Except as otherwise described in this Section 2, all payments <br /> accepted and app��ed by Lender sha��be�����ed�n�he fo��o��ng order Qf pri�r�ty; �a)intere��due under th� <br /> Note; (b}principal due under the Note; (c}amounts due under Section 3. Such�ayments sha11 be applied to <br /> each Periodic Payment�n�he order in�vhich it became due.
