<br /> Lender may, at any time, colie�t and ho�d�unds in an am�unt �a} suff���ent to permi�L.ender to apply the
<br /> Funds a�the�ime speci�ed ur�der RESPA, and�b}no��o exceed�he maximum am�unt a�ender can require
<br /> under RESPA. L,ender shai��st�mate the amaunt of�unds du�on the�asis of current da�a and reasonable
<br /> est�ma�es of expend��ures af future�scr�w Zt�ms�r otherv�ise in accordance wi�h Applicable Law.
<br /> The Funds sha�l be held in ar�ins�i�uti�n whase depos��s are insured�y a federal agency, instrum�ntal�ty, or

<br /> Loan Bank. Lender sha�l app��the Fund�ta pay th� Es�row ��ems na la�er�han�he�ime specified und�r
<br /> R��PA. Lender sha11 no�charge Borrawer f�r ho�d�ng and apply�ng the Funds, annua�ly ar�alyzing�he
<br /> escr�w accoun�, or verifying the Es�r�w �tems, un�ess Lender pays Borrov�rer in�eres�on the Funds and
<br /> Ap�licable Lavv permi�s Lender�a make such a c�iarge. Un�ess an agreement �s made in writ�n�ar
<br /> Appl�cable Law r�quires interest tio be paid on�he Funds, Lender sha11 n��be required to pay Borrower any
<br /> �n�eres�or earnings an the Funds. B�rrower and Lender can agree�n wr�ting, however, �hat in�erest sha�l be
