3. Marion D. Larsen died on September 4, 2016 at which time the Marion D. Larsen Trust became irrevocable. 4. The designated successor Co- Trustees Stephen J. Douglas and Patricia A. King executed an Acceptance of Co- Trusteeship under date of September 13, 2016 wherein each accepted Co- Trusteeship of said Marion D. Larsen Trust and agreed to administer said Trust in accordance of the terms of the Marion D. Larsen Trust Agreement and the laws of the State of Nebraska; 5. Affiants, Stephen J. Douglas and Patricia A. King, are currently serving as Co- Trustees of the Marion D. Larsen Trust and said Trust grants Affiants as Co- Trustees all powers under the Nebraska Uniform Trust Code including the power to sell real estate; 6. The Marion D. Larsen Trust is in full force and effect and as of the date of thereof Affiants are serving as Co- Trustees of the Trust; 7. The Internal Revenue Service has issued a taxpayer identification number for the Marion D. Larsen Trust; 8. M. Steve Larsen, Susan L. Rybicki, Debra E. Janky, Jason Larsen and Christopher Larsen are the beneficiaries of the Marion D. Larsen Trust; and 9. The Marion D. Larsen Trust Agreement has not been revoked or amended to make any representation contained in this Certification of Trust incorrect and the signatures of Affiants are as Co- Trustees under the terms of the Trust Agreement.
