Grantor Property: <br />Lot One (1) of "Replat of Part of Lot One (1), all of Lot Five (5), and Part of Lot <br />Nine (9), Block One (1), Brentwood Subdivision," Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, <br />Lots Two (2), Three (3) and Four (4), Block One (1), in Brentwood Subdivision <br />in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />(now replatted as Lots One (1) and Two (2), Brentwood Eighth Subdivision, in <br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska). <br />B. Grantee Property: <br />1 <br />201607002 <br />Parcel 1: Lot 1, Brentwood Seventh Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, <br />Parcel 2: Lot 2, Brentwood Seventh Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska (hereinafter referred to as the "Real Property "); and <br />WHEREAS, Grantor and Grantee desire to terminate such Easement as it pertains to the Real <br />Property; and <br />WHEREAS, Grantor and Grantee have agreed to waive and release any claims that each may <br />have against the other with regard to such Easement or the Real Property. <br />
