<br /> Hazardous Substanc�s. The words "Hazardaus Substances" mean materials �hat, because of their quan#ity,
<br /> Concentrat�on ar physical, chemi�al or infectious charac�er�stics, may cause �r pase a present or poten�ial hazard
<br /> ta human heaith or the en�iranment when imp�operiy used, treated, sto�ed, disposed af, generated, manufactured,
<br /> transpor�ed or ofhennrise handled. The words "Ha�ardous Substances" are us�d in their very hroadest sense and
<br /> inciude without 1imi�atian any and afi hazardous or toxic substances, materials or waste as defned by or �isted
<br /> under the Environmenta� Laws. The term "Hazardous 5ubstances" also includes,wi�houf limi�at�on, petraleum and
<br /> petrol�um by-products ar any frac�ion thereof and asbestas.
<br /> �mpro►rem�nts. The word "(mprv�ements" means a!! exis�ing and future improvements, bu�Edings, structures,
<br /> mobife homes affixed on fhe Real Pr�pe�ty, �aci[ities, additions, rep�acements and other constructian an the R�al
<br /> P�operty.
<br /> �ndebtedness. The word "Indebtedness" means a�� principa�, in�eres#, and o�her amounts, casts and expenses
<br /> payable under th� Credi# Agreement or Related Dacuments, together vuith af1 ren�wals of, ex�ensions o�,
<br /> mod�fications of, consolidations of and substitutians fo� the �redi# Agreement or Related DoGuments and any
<br /> amaunts expended ar advanced by Lender to discharge Trustor's abliga�i�ns or expenses incurred by Trustee or
<br /> Lender tn enforc� Trustor's obligations under this Deed of Trust, �ogether� with interest on such amaunts as
<br /> provided in this Deed o�Trus�.
<br /> Lender. The w�rd "Lender" m�ans BANK C�F THE VIJEST, its successors and assigns. The wards "successars or
<br /> assigns"mean any persan or company#hat acquires any interest in the Credit Agreement.
<br /> Personal Property. The wards "Personal Prape�ty" mean a�l equipment, fixtures, and o#her a�ticles o� personaf
<br /> prope�ty n�w or hereafter owned by Trust�r, and now vr herea�#er a�tached ❑r affixed to the Real Property;
<br /> tage�her with all accessians, parks, and addi�ions t�, a[1 replacements of, and a1� subs��tutions for, any of such
<br /> property; and �ogether� with a1i proceeds (inciuding withou� limita�ion all insurance praceeds and refunds af
<br /> premiums}fr�m any sale or other dispos�tion af the P�flperty.
<br /> Proper�y. The vuvrd"Property"means collective�y the Rea� Proper�y and th� Personal Property.
<br /> Rea� Praperty. The words"R�al Property" mean the real prope�ty, interests and r�gh�s, as further described in this
<br /> Deed o�Trus�.
<br /> Rela�ed Dacuments. The words "Related ❑acuments" mean all prnmissory notes, credit agreemen�s, loan
<br /> ag�eements, env�ronmentai agreements, guaranties, security agreements, mor�gages, deeds of trus�, security
<br /> deeds, col�ateral martgages, and a11 other instruments, agreements and dacuments, whe�her now o� hereafter
<br /> existing, executed�n c�nnection with th�lndebtedness.
<br /> Ftents. The rruord "Rents" means all presen� and future ren#s, reWenues, incame, issues, royal�ies, p�of�ts, and
<br /> other benefts derived from�he Property.
