Any and all licenses (including bed authority andlor �ertificates of need, �f permitt�d in the jurisd�ct�on in which the Project �s located� requ�red to operat� the Healthcare Fac�iity and receive the benefts and reimbursements uxader a provider agreement with Medicaid, Medicare, any stat� or Iocal programs, hea�thcar� insurers or�ther assistance providers relied upan by HUD to insure the S�curity Instrurnent, to the extent aliowed �y law, and regardless of whether such rights and contracts are held by Debt�r or an�p�rator; and 21. Receipts and Incvme. Al� receipts, revenues, �ncome and ather moneys rece�ved by ar �n beha�f of the Hea�thcare F�.cility, including a�l Accounts Receivab�e, a�l cantr�butions, donations, gifts, grants, bequests, a11 revenues deri�ed from the operation of the Hea�thcare Fac��ity, and all rights to receive the same, whether in the form af Acc�unts Receivable, contract rights, chatte� paper, instruments, or other rights, whether now owned or heid �r later acquired by �r in connectian with the operation of the Healthcare Fac��ity.
