"N�n-Pr�f�t Borrower" means a Barrov�rer that is treated under the firm cammitment as a corparation nr association argan�zed for purposes other than profit or ga�n for itse�f�r persons identified therewith, pursuant to Sect�an 5��(e}�3} or oth�r applicab�e pr�visions of the Interna� Revenue �ade. "Note" means the Note �xecuted by Borrower evidenc�ng th� Laan des�ribed in th�s Security Instrument, including a�� schedu�es, riders, al��nges and addenda, as such Not� may be amended from time ta t�me. "Notice"means all notices, demands and�ther cornmunicat�ons under or concerning any vf the Loan D�cuments. "Nursing Home"means a publ�c facility, proprietary fac��ity, or facil�ty �f a private nonprofit corporation or ass�ciation, licensed�r regulated by the State �or, if there �s no State 1aw providing for such licensing ar�d regulation by t�e State, by the municxpality or�ther polit�cal subdi�ision in Which the facility is located}, for the accammodation of c�nvales�ents �r other p�rs�ns wha are not acutely ill and not in need�f haspita� care but wha require skilled nursing care and re�ated medica� s�rvices, in Which such nursing care and medica� ser��ces are prescribed by, or are performed under the general direction of, persons �icensed to provid� such care or services in accordance with the laws of the State where the facility is �acated. "�perator" means, except as otherwis� approved by HUD, (i� any single asset entity acceptable to HUD that operates the Healthcare Faci�ity, pursuant to a lease, management agreem�nt, op�rating agreement, or similar contract with the Borro�ver, or�f the Healthcare Facil�ty is aggregated with ather hea�th care facilit�es in cor�nection with a master�ease, with the Master Tenant, or�ii�th� BorroWer in those circumstances �n Wh�ch the B�rrower is directl� operat�ng the Healthcare Fac��ty.
