The Reserve for Repla�ement sha�l b� invested in accardance With Program <br /> �hligation�, and any interest earned on th� investment sha�1 be dep�sited in the Reserve far <br /> Rep�acement for use by the Proj ect in accardance with this Section 13. <br /> (d� D�sbursements from su�h account sha�l �nly be made after c�nsent, in wr�ting, �f <br /> HUI�, �whxch may he given or withhe�d in HUI]'s so�e discretion. Such funds shall he repaid to the Reserve far Rep�acement by Borrovver�ursuant to <br /> the terms approved by HUD prior to the making of such Ioan. Ta the extent HUD daes n�t <br /> specify repaym�nt requ�rements, Borrower shall repay th�R�serve for Replacem�nt in full <br /> with�n thirty (3�} days of the approved v�ithdrawa�. If Borrower fa�ls to time�y make any <br /> repayment insta�lment pursuant to the terms appro�ed by HUI], up�n not�ce from HUD, <br /> BorroWer shall irnmediate�y repay the fu�l am�unt of such�oan from non-Proj ect funds. <br /> 14. [RESERVED.� <br /> 15. SURPLUS CASH. <br /> �a} Surplus �ash sha11 be calculated semi-annual�y, at the end of the first six m�nths <br /> af the Barrawer's annua� fiscal year, and at the end of the Borravver's aranual fiscal �ear.
