<br /> Lender. The word "Lender" means �ANK QF THE WEST, i�s successors and assigns. The words "successors or
<br /> assigns" mean any persan or company that acquires any�nterest in�he Credit Agreemen�.
<br /> Personal Proper-ty. The war�s "Personal Property" mean all equipmen�, fix�ures, and other articles of personal
<br /> prope�ty now or hereafter owned by Trus�ar, and naw or hereafter a�tached ar affixed to the Rea! Property;
