2. Ensure significant impact to the groundwater and surface water is not a direct <br />result of the OU1 discharge to the on -post drainage canals. <br />3. Continue to fulfill its requirements and follow procedures as outlined in the <br />FFA for CHAAP. <br />d. CPNRD will: <br />1. Collect, calibrate, compile and share stream gauging data and potential <br />groundwater mounding data. <br />2. Work with the Army to help identify areas where maintenance of the stream <br />gauging equipment and MWS is required. <br />3. Represent the interests of Hall County, City of Grand Island, and Merrick <br />County through reviewing and commenting on the annual discharge <br />monitoring report. <br />V. GENERAL: <br />a. Nothing in this MOU modifies the authorities and relationships, or terms and <br />conditions outlined in the FFA for CHAAP signed April 23, 1990. <br />b. This memorandum is effective on the date of the last signature. <br />c.
