<br /> RIGHTS AND REiVIEDIES�N DEFA�JLT. Upon the o�currence of any E�ent of Default and at any time thereafter, Lender
<br /> may exercise any ane�r mvre o€the�ollawing rights and remedies, in addi�i�n to any other righ�s or remedies pro�€ded
<br /> by law:

<br /> Property and Goff�ct �he Rents, including amounts past due and unpaid, and apply the net proceeds, v�er and
<br /> abave Lender`s cas�s, against �he Indebtedness. �n fur�herance af this right, Lender shall ha�e afl the rights
<br /> pro�ided for in the Lender's R�ght to Receiv� and Coll��� Ren#s Sec#�vn, above. If the Rents are co�lected by
<br /> Lender,then Gran�vr irre�ocahly designates Lender as Gran�or's a#torney-in-�Fa�t to endorse�nstrumen�s received in

<br /> Assignment has be�n accepted by Lender in t�e State of Nebraska.
<br /> Chvice of Venue. lf there is a lawsuit, Grar�tvr agrees upon L�nder's request�� submit to the�urisdiction of th�
<br /> courts af Hall Coun�y, 5�ate af Nehraska.
<br /> Jo�n� and Se�eral Liabil�ty. All obGgafi�ns �f Borrower and Grantor under thi� Assignmen� shall be joint and
<br /> s��eral, and al�ref�rences to Grantor shalf inean each and e�ery Grantvr,and all references�o Barrawer shall mean
<br /> each and e�ery Borrower. This means �ha� each Grantvr signing below is respvnsible for aCl obli�at�ans in this
<br /> Ass��nment. Where any one or�more a�the parties is a.corporation, par�nership, limi�ed liability c;ompany or simi�ar
<br /> �ntity, it is not necessary fvr Lender t� inqu�re int��he pvwers of any o�fihe o�ricers, directors, partners, m�mbers,
<br /> or other agents acting vr purparting to ac�on the en�i�y"s behalf, and any o�aligatians made or crea�ed in �eliance
