<br />      			disbursement and sha11 be payable,with such interest,upon notice from Lender ta BorroWer requesting
<br />      			payment,

<br />      			comp�eted to Lender's sat�sfa�tion,provided that such inspecti�n shall be underta.ken promptly, Lender
<br />      			may pay f�r the repaus and restoration�n a single disbursem�nt or in a�eries of progress payments as the
