<br /> Nebraska and also all ather I�ws, rules, arders, vrdinances and requirements vf al! other g��ernmental agencies
<br /> a�Fec�ing the Prope�ty.
<br /> Lease the P�aperty. Lender may renf o�-lease the whale or any part v�the Prvpetty fvr such term or terms and on
<br /> such conditions as Lender may d�em approp�-iate.
<br /> Emplay Agents. Lender may engag� such agent or agen�s as Lender may deem appro�riafie, either in Lend�:r's
<br /> name o�-in Grantar's name, to ren�and manage�he Property, including the calieetion and applicativn of Rents.
<br /> �ther Acts. Lender may do a�l such ather things and acts with respect ta the Praperty as Lender may deem
