Return to: <br />Advantage Title Services, LLC <br />503 West Koenig St. <br />Grand Island, NE 68801 <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WELL AGREEMENT <br />This Well Agreement made and entered into this c9.7 day of 374NL <br />2016, by and between Jake's Storage, LLC, hereinafter referred to as "Grantor ", and Hayes, <br />Hayes & Soto Investments, L.L.C., hereinafter referred to as "Grantee". <br />WHEREAS, Grantor is the owner of the following described real estate located <br />and situated in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot 18, of Foster's Subdivision of Lots Eleven (11) and Twelve (12) of Wood Lawn Subdivision <br />of part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE1 /4 NE1 /4) and part of the <br />Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE1 /4 SE1 /4) of Section Twenty -Four (24), <br />Township Ten (10) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., Hail County, <br />Nebraska; and <br />WHEREAS, Grantee is the owner of the following described real estate located <br />and situated in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />WHEREAS, the parties are desirous of reducing their agreement in connection <br />with said well to writing. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the recitals (which are incorporated <br />herein and made a part hereof by reference) and other good and valuable consideration, the <br />receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. That the water well located and situated on Grantor's land is for the use <br />and benefit of Grantee's property for whatever use Grantee deems appropriate. <br />2.
