<br /> SEGLIRiTY AGREEME�VT; F�NANCING STATEMENTS. The following pra�i�tans relat�ng �o �his Deed a� Trus� as a
<br /> secur�ty agreement are a part o�this Deed o-F T�us�:
<br /> Security Agreement. This instrument shafl �onsfitute a Security Agr�ement to the extent any ofi �he Property
<br /> constitu��s fixtures, and Lender shal! have aII afi the r�gh�s o�a secur�d party unde�-�he Uni�o�m Commerciaf ��de
<br /> as amend�d�rom time to time.
<br /> Security �nterest. Upan r�quest by Lender, Trustar sh�afl fake whate�er action is requested by Lender ta pe�rfec�
<br /> and continue Lender's security interest in the PersQnal Praperty. In addi�ion�o recording this Deed af Trust in the
<br /> reaf praperty r-e�ards, Lender mayr a� any time and wi�haut further au�horization �rom Trustor, fife exeGufed
<br /> counterparts, copies o� reproductions vf �his Deed of Trust as a finan��ng statement. Trus�or shall reimburse
<br /> Lender for aII expenses in�urred in perfecting or can�inuing �his se�urity inferest, lJpan defaulfr Trustor shall nat
<br /> remove, se�er ❑r detach the Personal Praperty from th� P�'operty. Upon de�aul�, Trustar sha!! assemble any
<br /> Persona� Prop�rty nof affixed to the Property in a manner and a� a pface reasonabCy convenient �❑ Trustor and
<br /> L�nder and m�ke i� a�aiIable �o Lender within thre� �3} days a�ter receip� of writ�en demand trom Lender �o �he
<br /> exten�permitke� by appIi�able law.
<br /> Addresses. The maifing addres�es of Trustor (debtor} and Lender (secured party} �rom which info�ma�ion
<br /> �oncerning the security inferest granted by fhis �eed o�Trusf may be ❑btained �each as required by the Unifarm
<br /> Commer�ial Code� are as stated an the first page of�his D�ed a�Trust.
<br /> FURTHER AS�URANCES; ATT�RNEY-�N-FA�T. The foIlowing provisions relat�ng �❑ �Furthe� assurances and
<br /> atkorney--in�fa�t are a par-�❑f this Deed of Trus�:

<br /> cont�'ary in w�-iting, Trus�ar shall reimburse Lender for all cos�s and exp�nses incurred in connectian with �he
<br /> matters refier��-ed to in this paragraph.
<br /> Attvrney-in�Fa��. 1�Trus�or�aiIs to do any of�he things r-eferred to in �he preceding paragraph, Lender may da so
<br /> for and in �he name a�Trustor and at Trustor's expense. Fo�such purposes, Trusto� hereby irre�o�abiy appaints
<br /> Lender as Yrus�ar`s a��vrney-in-fact for the purpose of mak�ng, executing� deli�ering, filing� re�ord�ngr and doing a�i
<br /> vther things as may be ne�essary or desirable, in Lender's sole opinionr �o accomplish �h� matters referr�d ta in
<br /> the preceding paragraph.
<br /> FULL PERF�RMANGE. 1f Bo�rower and Trus�or pay aII the �ndebtednes� wh�n due, terminates �he credit line a�count,
<br /> and Trustor other�nrise performs a!! th� �bliga�ions impo�ed upan Trustor under this Deed af Trust� Lender shai� execut�
<br /> and deliver to T'rustee a reguest far futt reconveyance and shall execut� and deli�er to Trus�a� sui�ab�e statements af
<br /> �ermination of any financing stia�ement on f�fe e�iden�ing Lender's Security interest in the Ren�s and the Per�onaI
<br /> Property. Any recon�eyance fee required by Eaw shall be paid by Trustor, i�permitted by appli�abl�Iaw.
<br /> EVENTS OF �EFAULT. Trustor wi�i be in de�Fau�t under this Deed o-F Trus�if any af�he folEawing happen. {A} T�-us�ar
<br /> commits fraud ❑r makes a mater-ial misrepresenfia#i�n at any tim� in connection with the Credit Ag�-eem�n�. This can
<br /> include, for exam�le, a �alse statemen�about Barrawer's or Trustar's in�ame, as�ets, Iiabilities, or any other aspects of
<br /> 8arrower's or Trustar`s financial candition. tB} 6arrawer does not meet the �-epayment�erms ❑f th� Credit Ag�eement.
<br /> �G} Trustor's a�tian ❑�inac�ian adversely afFec�s fhe collateraf ❑r Lender's �ights in the callateraI. This can include, for
<br /> example, fiailure t❑ maintain required insurance, waste or destru�ti�e use o�the dwelling, failure to pay�axes, death o�
<br /> all persons Iiab�e on the aGCDLII��� transfer of title or sale of the dweIIing, crea�ion a� a senior lien on the dwelling
<br /> vvithou�Lender's permission, fore�losure by�he holder of another Iien, ❑r the use o��unds or�he dwelling �or prohibited
<br /> purposes.
<br /> R1GHT5 AN❑ REMEDlES �N �EFALILT. If an E�ent o� ❑efaul� occurs under fhis Deed of Trus�� at any time thereafter,
<br /> Trustee or Lender may exercise any an� ar more o-F the fi�llowing rights and remedies:
<br /> Acceleratian Upon Defauit;Addrtianai Remed��s. If any E�en�of De�ault a�curs as p�r�he terms af the Credit
<br /> Agreement se�ured hereby, Lender may declare aII Indeb�edness secured by this Deed o�Trust to be due and
<br /> payable and �he same shal��hereupon become due and payable without any presentmentr demand, protes�❑r
<br /> noti�e❑f any kind. Thereaffer, Lender may:
