<br />16. To Sell Any Motor Vehicle. To apply for Certificate of Title upon, and endorse and
<br />transfer title to, any automobile, truck, pickup, van, motorcycle, or other motor vehicle, and to
<br />represent in such transfer assignment that the title to said motor vehicle is free and clear of all liens
<br />and encumbrances except those specifically set forth in such transfer assignment.
<br />17. To Acquire Information. To receive from any person or organization any
<br />information relating to my affairs or my property, and I hereby authorize and direct such person or
<br />organization to release such information to my agent as if I had personally requested same.
<br />18. To Open Safe Deposit Box. To have access to, to open, and to enter any and all safe
<br />deposit boxes or other places of deposit, held or possessed in my name, and to deposit therein or
<br />remove therefrom any or all securities, documents, or other items of personal property whatsoever,
<br />whenever my agent shall deem it necessary or property to do so; provided always that any institution
<br />in which any such safe deposit box may be located shall not incur any liability to me or my estate
<br />as a result of permitting my agent to exercise this power.
<br />19. To Purchase Treasury Bonds. To purchase for me United States Treasury Bonds
<br />which are redeemable at par in payment of federal estate taxes, and to borrow money specifically
<br />to enable the purchase of such bonds.
<br />20. To Authorize Medical Treatment. Unless I have executed a Power of Attorney for
<br />Health Care (in which case my agent appointed therein shall have the following powers), to give
<br />consent for such medical treatment to be performed on me as my agent, based on medical advice,
<br />should determine in good faith to be necessary and for my well -being or to withhold such consent;
<br />to arrange for my care at any hospital, nursing home, health center, convalescent home, retirement
<br />home or similar institution; and to contract for or dispense with such medical, hospital, and nursing
<br />services as my agent shall deem appropriate.
<br />21. To Exercise Certain Rights to Propea. To exercise any right I may have to
<br />renounce or disclaim any interest in property; to exercise my right to claim an elective share of the
<br />estate of a spouse, or claim a homestead or exempt property allowance.
<br />22. To Exercise Rights Relating to Insurance and Other Benefit Plans. To exercise
<br />any right to elect benefit or payment options, to terminate, to change beneficiaries or ownership, to
<br />assign rights, to borrow or receive cash value in return for the surrender of any or all rights under
<br />any of the following:
<br />a. Life insurance and annuity policies, plans or benefits.
<br />b. Mutual funds and other dividend investment plans.
<br />C. Retirement, profit sharing and employee welfare plans and benefits.
<br />23. To Redirect Mail. To redirect my mail and to execute and deliver all documents
<br />associated therewith.
<br />24. Credit Cards, Memberships, Associations, etc. To cancel or continue any of my
<br />credit cards, charge accounts, and memberships in clubs or associations.
<br />25. Custody of Documents. To take custody of my Will, trust agreements, deeds, life
<br />insurance policies, contracts, securities and other important documents.
<br />26. Litigation. To institute, settle, appeal or dismiss litigation on my behalf.
<br />27. To Establish a Trust or Add Assets to a Trust. To establish a revocable trust or
<br />revocable trusts, solely for the benefit of me and my estate, and to assign and convey any or all of
<br />my estate (consisting of any property, real, personal or mixed, of whatsoever kind and wheresoever
<br />located and whensoever acquired) into such trust or trusts and on such terms as my agent shall deem
<br />
