200003621 <br />property in order to perfect a sell agreement and title conveyance. Additionally, one or <br />more of the remaining twelve owners of record are now deceased. <br />4. The estate has no assets or resources to prosecute an action for quiet title or <br />partition for the estate's one -fourth interest. <br />No successor owner is willing to undertake the same. <br />Likewise, the claimant, State of Nebraska, has declined to proceed in the District <br />Court with the necessary title action on such property to the extent of their interest. <br />5. Proper notice of this matter was perfected upon those owners, successors, or <br />authorized entities, and interested parties so far as ascertainable or known, and proof of <br />notice thereof was filed with the Court. <br />6.
