Wagoner, attorney for the Personal Representative, appeared. <br />Claimant, the State of Nebraska, Health and Human Services, Finance and <br />Support, did not appear through its representative but does not oppose this request and <br />consents thereto. <br />No other interested property owners appeared. <br />The Honorable David Bush, Hall County Jude, presided. <br />NOW, WHEREFORE, the Court, being advised in the premises, finds and orders <br />as follows: <br />1. The estate has a one - quarter interest in the following property, which is subject <br />to a claim by the Nebraska Department of Social Services pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. § <br />68- 1036.02, .R.R.S., to -wit: <br />Lot Eight (8), in Block Sixteen (16), in College Addition to West Lawn, in <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, known as 2211 Grand Island Avenue, <br />Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />2. Per prior Order of this Court, through a written agreement with various non- <br />estate, successor owners, the Personal Representative was authorized to sell the above <br />real estate. <br />3. Subsequently, the Personal Representative, as well as other non - estate <br />successors owners, have been wholly unable to locate one or more of the owners of the <br />
