Not�ing in this Agreement sha!! cons�itute an agreement by Lender fa any future modificat�on of the Loan Docum�nts and Lender expressly reserves the right to refuse ta agree ta any future mod�fcatians. �2. Bankru tc : If, since inception of this Ioan through date ❑f this Agreemenfi, Barraw�r has rece�ved a discharge �n a �hapter 7 bankruptcy an� #here has been no valid reaffirmation af �he underly�ng debt, th� Lender is no� attempting to re�esfiablish any personal liabil�ty for the underlying debt by enfiering into this Agreemen�. The parties acknavrr�edge however, that L�nder retains certain r�ghts, including but nat limited �o, the righ�to foreclose its in�erest in the praperty under appropr�a�e circumstances.
