200102891 <br />Parcel No. 1 <br />All that portion of the Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railway Company's <br />(formerly Chicago, Burlington & Quincy Railway Co.) twenty five foot (25') <br />wide Belt Line right -of -way, being twelve and one -half feet (12.5') wide on each <br />side of said main track center line in the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast <br />Quarter (SW' /4 NE' /4 ) of Section Twenty One (21), Township Eleven (11) North, <br />Range Nine (9) West of the Sixth P.M. in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, between the easterly line of Adams Street and the mid point of vacated <br />Washington Street. <br />Parcel No. 2 <br />Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of the intersection of Adams Street and <br />Phoenix Avenue, thence Northeasterly Sixty Feet (60') along the northwesterly <br />side of Phoenix Street, thence turning left 90.0 degrees and running to the <br />southeasterly line of the Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railway (formerly <br />Chicago, Burlington & Quincy Railway Co.)
