QUITCLAIM DEED
<br />1. The CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a Municipal Corporation, by
<br />action of its Mayor and City Council on November 21, 2000, approved Resolution 2000 -351,
<br />which authorized the acquisition of the real estate described below and the manner and terms
<br />thereof in accordance with an Exchange Agreement.
<br />2. The consideration of said transaction shall be One Dollar and Other Valuable
<br />Consideration in accordance with such Exchange Agreement.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, O'NEILL CONSTRUCTION CO., a partnership, MICHAEL J.
<br />O'NEILL and JUNE M. O'NEILL, husband and wife, JOSEPHINE L. O'NEILL, a single
<br />person, and JOSEPH P. O'NEILL, Successor Trustee of the TESTAMENTARY TRUST of
<br />RUSSELL W. O'NEILL, Deceased, as Grantors, for consideration identified above received
<br />from Grantee, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />A Municipal Corporation, herein called the Grantee, the following described real property in
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />The following described lands located in the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
<br />(SW' /4 NE' /4) of Section Twenty One (21), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West
<br />of the Sixth P.M. in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly
