<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. Lots One (1) through (4),
<br />Block One (1), Lots One (1) through Eight (8), Block Two (2) and
<br />Tract "A ", all in Summerfield Estates First Subdivision in the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, are not subject to
<br />this DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS AND CON-
<br />DITIONS FOR SUMMERFIELD ESTATES FIRST SUBDIVISION HOMEOWNERS'
<br />ASSOCIATION.

<br />RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS
<br />In consideration of the mutual benefits to be derived by the
<br />Owner of Lots One (1) through Six (6), Block Three (3) and Lots
<br />One (1) through Eight (8), Block Four (4), all in Summerfield
<br />Estates First Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska and any purchaser or purchasers, their heirs,
<br />devisees, personal representatives, successors, assigns or grant-
<br />ees, the Owner stipulates and agrees that all of Lots One (1)
<br />through Six (6), Block Three (3) and Lots One (1) through Eight
<br />(8), Block Four (4), all in Summerfield Estates First Subdivision
<br />in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, that are
<br />sold, transferred or conveyed, shall be and are subject to the
<br />following restrictive covenants, restrictions and conditions ex-
<br />cept as provided herein. All restrictive covenants, restrictions
<br />and conditions shall run with the land and are as follows:
<br />1. Lots One (1) through (4), Block One (1), Lots One (1)
<br />through Eight (8), Block Two (2) and Tract "A ", all in
<br />Summerfield Estates First Subdivision in the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, are not subject to this DECLARA-
<br />TION OF RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS FOR
<br />SUMMERFIELD ESTATES FIRST SUBDIVISION HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION.
<br />Lots One (1) through (4), Block One (1), Lots One (1) through
<br />Eight (8), Block Two (2), Lots One (1) through Six (6), Block
<br />Three (3), Lots One (1) through Eight (8), Block Four (4) and
<br />Tract "A ", all in Summerfield Estates First Subdivision in the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, are subject to a
<br />separate DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS AND
<br />CONDITIONS FOR SUMMERFIELD ESTATES FIRST SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. Consistent with Article
<br />III., Paragraph 20. of such separate DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIVE
<br />COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS FOR SUMMERFIELD ESTATES
<br />FIRST SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA, this DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS
<br />AND CONDITIONS FOR SUMMERFIELD ESTATES FIRST SUBDIVISION HOMEOWN-
<br />ERS' ASSOCIATION shall apply only to Lots One (1) through Six
<br />(6), Block Three (3) and Lots One (1) through Eight (8), Block
<br />Four (4), all in Summerfield Estates First Subdivision in the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
