<br />The purpose of this DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS,

<br />VISION HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, is to declare the desire of Owner
<br />to improve Lots One (1) through Six (6), Block Three (3) and Lots
<br />One (1) through Eight (8), Block Four (4), all in Summerfield
<br />Estates First Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, by encouraging the sale of lots and the
<br />construction of townhomes as single family residences.

<br />DESCRIPTION OF LAND
<br />The lands of the Owner which are hereby submitted to this
<br />DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS
<br />FOR SUMMERFIELD ESTATES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION are a fee simple
<br />interest in Lots One (1) through Six (6), Block Three (3) and
<br />Lots One (1) through Eight (8), Block Four (4), all in
<br />Summerfield Estates First Subdivision in the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, a tract of land comprising a part
<br />of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W�SW4) of Section
<br />Twelve (12), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of
<br />the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, all as surveyed and plat-
<br />ted and is more particularly described as recorded in the office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. The lands
<br />submitted to this DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS, RESTRIC-
