If substantially equivalent Martgage <br /> Insurance co�erage is not available,Borrvwer sha11 continue to pay to Lender the amaunt af the <br /> separately designated payments that wer�due when the insurance co�erage ceased to be in effect. <br /> Lender wil�accep�,use and retain these payments as a n�n-r�fundable loss reserve in lieu of Mortgage <br /> Insurance.
