Borrower sha11 not destr�y,damage or impair the Property,allflw the Property to deteriora�e ar commit waste on the Property.�Vhether or not Barrower is residing in the Property,Borrower sha11 maintain the Property in vrder to pre�ent the Property fr�m deteriorating or decreasing in value due�o its condi�ion.
