<br /> genera�ion, manufac�ure, storage, �reatment, disposal, release or threa�ened release o� any Hazardous Subs�ance
<br /> an, under, abvut or from the Property by any priar owners or ❑ccupants a�the Property, or tc� any ac�ua� or
<br /> threatened �itigation or claims ❑# any kind by any person relat�ng to such matters; and �3} Except as pre�ivusly

<br /> inspectivns and tests, at Trustor's expense, as Lender may deem apprvpriafie tv de�ermine c�mpliance ❑� the
<br /> Proper�y v►rith �his sectian of the De�d of Trust. Any �nspections or�es�s made }�y Lender shall be �or Lender's
<br /> purposes only and shal! nofi be construed to create any respvnsihility❑r liability an�he part❑f Lender tv Trustor ar
<br /> ta any v�her persvn. The represen�atians and warran�ies con�ained herein are based on Trus�or's due diligence in

<br /> stripping v� ar waste an or to the Proper�y ❑r any por�ian v��he Proper�y. Vllithout limiting �he g�nerality of the
<br /> fvregving, Trustor will nofi remo�e, or grant to any ❑ther par�y the righ��o remo�e, any fiimber, mineraEs {incEuding
<br /> oil and gas}, caal, clay, scoria,soil. graWel or rack praducts without Lender's priar wri��en cansent.
<br /> Removal of Improvements. Trustor shaEl nvfi demvi�sh or remoWe any lmprovemenfis�rom the Real PrapeE--ty wi�hout
<br /> Lender's priar wrEfifien cvnsent. As a cvndifiion to the remo�ai ❑�f any Impro�ements, Lender may require Trus�tar�o
<br /> make arrangemen�s sa�is�Factory ta Lender �o replace such Impr��emen�s wi�h lmpro�ements af a� least equal
<br /> �alue.
<br /> Lender's Righ��o En�er. Lender and Lend�r's agents and representa�i�es may enter upon �he Real Property at all
<br /> reasonable times t❑ at�end to Lende�-'s infieres�s and to inspect the Reai Prvperty �vr purposes af Trustor's
<br /> compliance with�he terms and condifiivns af this Deed❑�Trus�.
<br /> Cvmpliance with Governmentai Requirements. Trus�vr shall p�-omptly comply wi�h all laws, ordinances, and
<br /> regulations, now ar herea-�ter in effect, ❑f all go�ernmentaf authorities applicable t❑ the use vr occupancy vf the
<br /> Property, including wifihvufi limitation, �he Ameri�ans 1Ni�h Disabilit�es Act. Trustvr may contest in good �aEth any
<br /> such law. ard�nance, or regula�i�n and withhvld compliance during any proceeding, in�luding apprapriate appeals,
<br /> so long as Trustor has notified Lender in writing pr�or to doing so and sa lang as, in L�nder`s sa�e❑pinivn, Lender's
<br /> interesfis in fihe Property are not jeopardized. Lender may require Trus�vr t❑ past ade�uate security or a surety
