<br /> Jvint and Se�eral Liability. All vbligations of Borrower and Trusto� und�r th�s ❑eed a� Trust shai� be joint and
<br /> se�eral, and all referen�es t❑Trustflr sha11 mean each and e�ery Trusto�, and alf refe�en�es�o Bvrrawe�shall mean
<br /> each and e�ery Borrower. This means that each Trust�r signing below is respansible fvr all obfigatians in this ❑eed

<br /> No Wai►►er by Lender. Trustor understands Lender wifl not gi�e up any of Lender's rights und�r this Deed of Trust
<br /> uniess Lender does so in writing. The fact that Lender delays ar omi�s ta exercise any �igh� will nvt mean �hat
<br /> Lender has gi�en up tha� right. I� Lender daes agree �n writing to gi�e up ane af Lender's ri�hts, that does n�t
<br /> mean Trus�or will no� ha�e ta compfy with the other pro�isions af �his Deed ❑f Trust. Trus�vr also understan�s
<br /> that if Lender do�s consent to a request, that does not mean tha� Trus�or will no� ha�e �o get Lender's cansent

<br /> Se►►erahility. �f a �vurt tinds that any pro�ision of this ��ed v�Trust is not �a��d or should not be entor�ed, that
