<br /> Lend�r shali notify Truste� and shall deposit with Trustee this Deed of Trust and the Note and such r�ceipts
<br /> and eviden�e of expenditures made and secured by this Deed of Trust as Trustee may requiree
<br /> ta� lJpon receipt of such no�i�e fram Lender, Trustee shall cause to be recarded, published and deli�ered
<br /> ta Trustor such Notzce of �efault and Notice o� Sale as �hen required by law and by this �eed of Trus�.
