<br /> deeds, collateral mortgag�s, and all �ther �nstruments, agreements and documents, whether now or her�after

<br /> R�nts. The word "Rents" means all present and fiuture rents, re�enues, incvme, issues, rayal�ies, p�ofi�s, and
<br /> other benefi�s derived from the Property.
