<br /> SurviWal of Representat�ons and Warranties. All repr�sen�a�ivns, warran�ies, and agreements made by Trustor in
<br /> this Deed of Trust shal[ sur�i�e the execu�ion and deli�ery of this Deed of Trus�, shall be cvn�inuing in na�ure, and
<br /> shall remain in full forc� and effe�t until such time as Trus�or's lndeb�edness shall be paid in full.
<br /> EX15TiNG 1NDEBTEDNESS, The fvll�wing pro�isivns concerning Existing fndebtedness are a part of this Deed of Trust:
<br /> Existing Lien. The lien of this ❑eed of Trust securing the lnde�tedness may be secondary and inferivr ta an
<br /> existing lien. Trus�or expressly cv�enants and agrees to pay, or see �o th� payment a�, the Existing �ndeb�edne�s
<br /> and�❑ pre�ent any default�n such inde�tedness, any default under the instruments e�iden�ing such ind�btedness,
<br /> ❑r any defau�t under any security daeuments for such indehtedness.
<br /> No Mndificativn. T�-us�or sha�� nat enter �nto any agreement with the halder a� any mortgage, d��d o� trust, or
<br /> othsr security agreemen� whi�h has prio��ty o�er this Deed o� T�ust t�y which that agr�ement is modi�ied,

<br /> accept any fiuture ad�ances under any such security ag��ement w�thout the prio�written consent o�Lende�.
<br /> CONDEMNATI�N. The �ollvwing p�a�isions reiating t� condemnation pr��eedings are a part o�this Deed a�Trust:
<br /> Proceedings. I� any proceeding in condemnation is �ffed, Trustor shall prampt�y not�fy Lender in writing, and
<br /> Trustor shall promptly take such steps as may be n�cessary to d�fend the action and obtain �he award. Trustor
<br /> may be the nominal party in such proceedEng, but Lender shall be entitled to participate in the prviceeding and t❑ b�
<br /> represented in th� proceeding by c�unsef of its ❑wn choice, and Trus�or will deli�er or �ause to be deli�ered to
<br /> Lender such instruments and documentation as may be requested by Lender from �ime �o �ime to p�rmit su�h

<br /> Application of Net Proceeds. If all or any part a�the Prvperty is candemned by eminent domain proce�dings or by
<br /> any proceed�ng or purchase in lieu v�condemnat�on, Lender may at its e�ect�vn require that a1�vr any por�ion af the
<br /> net pr�c��ds vf the award he app��ed tv the I nd�htedness or the repair or �estorativn o� the Prvperty. The net
<br /> proceeds a�th� award shall mean th� award a�ter payment v�al� reasonab�e costs, expenses, and attorneys' fees
<br /> incurred by Trustee vr Lender in conne�tion with the condemnation.
<br /> IN�P�SITl�N DF TAXES, FEES AND CHARGES BY GOVERNMENTAL AUTHORITIES. Th� fo��owing pro�isions relating
<br /> to ga�ernmen�al taxes, fees and �harges are a part of this D��d ofi Trust:
<br /> Current Taxes, Fees and Charges, Upon reques� by Lender, Trustor shall execute su�h documents in additivn to
<br /> this Deed a�f Trus�and �ake wha�e�er❑�her ac�ion is reques�ed by Lender t❑ perfect and con�inue Lender's lien on
<br /> the Reai Property. Trus�or shall reimburse Lender for all taxes, as described beiow, together with all expenses
<br /> incurred in recording, perfec�ing or con��nu�ng th�s Deed o� Trust, including without limitativn al� �axes, �ees,
<br /> documentary stamps, and other charges�vr recard�ng��r�gistering this Deed❑�Trust.
<br /> Taxes. The fal�awing sha�l constitute taxes t� which this sectivn appfies: 41� a specifi� tax upon th�s type o�
<br /> Deed of Tru�t ar upon a!� vr any part ❑�the Indebtedness se�ured by this Deed ❑f Trust; ��} a specifi� �ax on

<br /> Trustor.
<br /> Suhsequent Taxes. lf any tax fia which this sec�ian appf�es is enaGted suhsequent �o the dat� of this Deed of
<br /> Trus�, this e�ent shall ha�e th� same e�fect as an E�ent o� De�ault, and Lender may exercise any or all o� its
<br /> a�ailable remedies for an E�ent of ❑�fau[t as pro��ded below unless Trustvr either {1 y pays the tax b�fore it
<br /> becvmes delinquent, or ��y contests the tax as �ro�ided abo�e in the Taxes and Liens section and depasits with

<br /> SECURITY AGREEMENT; F[NANCtNG STA�f EMENTS e The #ailow�ng pro�isions relating to this Deed vf Trust as a
<br /> security agre�ment are a part of this Deed o#Trust:

<br /> and continue Lender`s security in�erest in the Ren�s and Personal Proper�y. In addition �v re�ording this Deed of
<br /> Trust in the real prvperty records, Lender may, a� any �ime and withou� fur�her au�horizatian fram Trustor, file
<br /> executed counterpar�s, copies or reproduc�ians of this Deed af Trust as a financing statement. Trustor shall
<br /> reimburse Lender�ar all expenses �ncurred in perfe��ing ar Gontinuing this security interes�. Upon default, Trus�or
<br /> shall not remo�e, se�er or deta�h the Personal Property fram the Proper�y. Upon defaul�, Trustor shall assemble
<br /> any Persvnal Property no�affixed to the Proper�y in a manner and at a place reasanably cvn�enien��❑Trust�r and
<br /> Lend�r and make it a�ailable tv Lender wi�hin three �3� days a#�er receipt �f written demand �rom Lender to the
<br /> extent permi��ed by applicable law.
<br /> Addresses. The mailing addresses of Trustor {debtor� and Lender {secured par�y� from which information
<br /> cflncerning the security interest granted by fihis Deed of Trus� may be ❑btained {each as required by the Uniform
